Delivery:
Some of our items we do have in stock, and some items we will make especially for you when you place an order. This is why delivery time may vary per product. All items will be send within 5 working days at least. Except for Terror Kittens Exclusive items, these items have a delivery time of 2 -3 weeks.
Shipping costs may vary per product. You will find the costs of shipping at the checkout. Orders from 100 euro ship for free (inside the Netherlands).
Returns:
When you’re not satisfied with you’re product it’s possible to exchange or return it. If the product is unused you can return it to us within 14 days.
- Let us know by e-mail you want to return the product, directly after receiving the product: info@terrorkittens.com
- Make sure the item is carefully packed
- When the package is received, the purchase price will be refunded
- The return costs are at own expense
