Confetti Candy Buckle Skirt

This skirt is part of the upcycle, no waste collection and part of the confetti set. The skirt is made of two layers of soft 1 way stretch rainbow mesh/tule with in between cut up, leftover fabrics.
It’s only made in a very small limited edition so very exclusive.
It has a pink, plastic buckle and is available in two sizes. Because of the stretch, it suits more sizes. Look at the chart for more info.
The skirt goes together with the harness and the top. With this Terrorkittens ensemble you are ready to rave!
